1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your service request or subscription under the following conditions:

  • Services: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service start date.
  • Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Projects: For custom development projects, cancellation terms are governed by the specific project agreement.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and no service has been rendered.
  • Partial Refund: If a project is cancelled mid-way, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the work completed, subject to deduction of costs incurred.
  • No Refund: For completed services or digital products that have been downloaded/accessed.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

3. Exceptions

Certain items and services are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom domain names purchased on your behalf.
  • Third-party software licenses.
  • Expedited service fees.
