  • Software: Download links or repository access will be provided via email or through your client portal.
  • Documents: Reports, invoices, and other documents will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Access Credentials: Login details for cloud services or dashboards will be securely transmitted.

2. Physical Shipping

While rare, if physical hardware or documents need to be shipped:

  • Carriers: We use reputable carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) for all shipments.
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers will be provided for all physical shipments.
  • Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your invoice unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Digital Products: Immediate or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Services: As per the schedule outlined in your project agreement.
  • Physical Items: 3-7 business days depending on location.
